I am commenting on the Clopton Quarter of SG18. This is green belt land and would have a big impact on wildlife. There is not enough infrastructure for extra housing. Birmingham Road is already heavily congested and the amount of extra cars would cause extra pollution. Oakleigh Road is already a rat run and it would become much worse. New housing has already lead to flooding even though there are supposed to be flood measures in place.
