A new settlement at Long Marston would be more suitable as it would take the pressure off an already congested Stratford. It would meet all the housing needs which would preserve Green belt land. It would avoid urban sprawl which would have an impact on existing infrastructure. With the space and number of houses built it would mean schools, doctors etc could be included.
