This proposal puts additional strain on important resources and infrastructure such as surgery waiting times and schools, the facilities needed for this development are not in place.

This is prime green belt land with many important species and plants. Effecting biodiversity. I regularly see otters when I run along the canal in the marked area.

The roads are already difficult to cross, with it being a significant route between towns. Often I can get stuck at the junction for over 5 minutes at non peak times.

The surround roads are not equipped for additional volume of traffic. Making this dangerous.
