Loss of Green Belt and increase in Urban Sprawl. This will destroy wildlife habitats and the natural beauty of Wilmcote and Bearley.

There is a lack of employment opportunities in the local area. This will lead to more commuting and making the settlement environmentally unsustainable. Non green belt sites like Leamington, Hatton or Long Marston will be more suitable and will have better road links and will cause less harm to the environment.

Wilmcote is identified as high risk for flooding. The settlement will increase this problem.

Areas of natural beaty surrounding the villages will be destroyed impacting mental well-being.
