Increased road congestion on A3400 & A46. Peak hours traffic is not good now. Local employment is limited so large increase in commuters. Current infrequent rail services from Wilmcote and Bearley stations may not cope compared to more frequent faster trains from Leamington Spa and Hatton. Bearley station is single track so not allowing trains in both directions at peak times. Storm water run off causing flooding of railway at Wilmcote station as has happened before also Wilmcote village centre. Permanent loss of hedgerows, open countryside and natural wildlife habitats. General loss of village communities.
