My husband and I wish to express our objections to the proposed building of new homes near Hockley Heath. We purchased our home seven years ago based on the assurance from the council that no building would occur for at least 30 years. Our concerns include severe road congestion, overcapacity schools, a lack of local healthcare services, full hospitals, potential harm to wildlife due to nearby trees, frequent flooding along Stratford Road, limited transport options, and insufficient infrastructure for new housing. We hope these issues will be taken into account.
