Concerns regarding location within Green Belt and capacity of rural road network and infrastructure, already under considerable strain to support any further developments of multiple homes. Many of Hampton-on-the-Hill's roads are single-lane, particularly where parking restricts space, leading to delays, road rage, and accident risks. Roads are already used as rat run for drivers avoiding congestion on A46 or to access Warwick Parkway. Widening or upgrading them would not be possible due to the houses already on the roadside and the rural character of the village, any attempt to do so would severely disrupt local environment, wildlife, and surrounding properties.
