I formally object to the proposed new settlement at Hatton (Site B1) in the South Warwickshire Local Plan due to significant concerns about its impact on the Green Belt, inadequate infrastructure, insufficient public services, and environmental consequences. The proposal fails to meet national Green Belt policy, lacks necessary infrastructure upgrades to accommodate 8,000 homes, and does not provide sufficient public services like schools and healthcare. Additionally, the consultation period is too short for meaningful public engagement. I urge the Council to reconsider and explore sustainable alternatives.
