Impact on flooding in the area needs to be investigated and mitigated fully.
Stratford upon Avon infrastructure is woefully inadequate to deal with the rampant development on its boundaries - additional housing to this extent would be negligent to local needs. Recent developments have neglected to resurface roads and put back to the communities and environments they have disturbed. I don't have faith that you have any control over big contractors.
Planning permission for small developments is often turned down - how can this major project be passed? What's in it for the decision makers.
