I object due to concerns with regards:
a) The extensive loss of greenbelt that this would involve resulting in loss of over 1415 acres of productive farmland and the loss of habitat for a diverse range of wildlife.
b) Many key roads in the area can not be widened and just can not support the level of traffic that this new settlement would inevitably occur.
c) Hatton station would require significant upgrade and access to the station would remain an issue.
d) Proposed site would put huge pressure on our local hospital services
