Significant concerns due to the development’s location within the Green Belt and the unsuitability of the local rural road network and infrastructure, including schools, GP services, and water, which are already under strain. The Green Belt is protected to prevent urban sprawl unless exceptional circumstances exist. Removing this land would weaken protective barriers, allowing further sprawl. The rural roads, some which are single lane, are already used as rat runs by drivers avoiding congestion on the A46 or accessing Warwick Parkway. Widening them is not possible due to the village's character and would disrupt & harm the environment and wildlife.
