There is inadequate health care for the current residents let alone hundreds more people. The new hospital building has been a ridiculous and pointless exercise as it is not going to contain any beds for the ever increasing elderly population. There is increased flooding risk due to antiquated pipework and too many residents on the new estates already. Shipston and surrounding villages are in a very ancient and beautiful part of the country, masses of houses will completely spoil it. There is little work in the area which would cause people to commute to the larger towns.
