I object to the proposed development in Hatton due to its negative impact on local infrastructure, environment, and community services. The anticipated increase in traffic will worsen congestion, particularly at the Hockley Road Junction, and there is insufficient public transport. The loss of agricultural and green belt land, along with historic hedgerows and biodiversity, is concerning. The development does not adequately address the limitations of Hatton train station or the local primary school's capacity. Additionally, the plan to demolish a Grade 2 listed building and potential legal restrictions further solidify my objections.
