I believe these plans are disproportionate and detrimental to the community, infrastructure, and character of the area. Key issues include inadequate education and healthcare services, transport challenges, and the risk of overdevelopment harming Wellesbourne's identity and environment. The consultation process is complex and lacks transparency. I urge the council to reconsider these proposals and adopt a more sustainable approach that prioritises infrastructure and community needs.
