I formally oppose the proposed development of over 7,000 homes in Lapworth, Kingswood, and Rowington under the South Warwickshire Local Plan. The current road network is inadequate, leading to severe traffic congestion and safety risks. Additionally, public services like drainage and water supply are already strained, and this development would exacerbate these issues. Furthermore, the proposal contradicts sustainable development goals due to poor transport links and insufficient infrastructure. I urge the Council to reject this plan in favour of a more balanced and sustainable housing approach.
