Development of this site has already started, further expansion would warrant inclusion of the necessary infrastructure which would be to the benefit of the settlement inhabitants.
If the railway line from Stratford Upon Avon to Long Marston is reinstated and connected to Honeybourne Station, this could facilitate rail links to London, Birmingham and Leamington.
