HELAA Sites 381 and 382 score poorly in relation to connectivity on the basis it concludes it is not adjacent to the settlement. This is based on a built-up area boundary which does not recognise the Rosebird Centre and Springfield Close as built development - which form part of the town. This has meant Sites 381 and 382 do not perform as well as they should do in the HELAA, and the HELAA should be corrected prior to the next iteration of the Plan.
