Health services totally inadequate for the local population.
Risk of increased flooding (ref 148/747)in flood zones 3&2 also split by flood plain. Also ref 062 flood zone 2.
Water run-off increasing risk of flooding.
Current sewerage systems already over-capacity unable to cope presently.
Only 1 Primary/ 1 Secondary school over-subscribed - NO SIXTHFORM.
Historical Mark Square is part of Conservation Zone - limited parking and increase of traffic through the town, causing delays and extra congestion.
Ref 552 - Recycling centre highly used if demolished will cause Fly Tipping.
No train station and unreliable bus service to main towns.
