Unnecessary development on green belt land would adversely impact on Bearley and Wilmcote's biodiversity, green spaces and wild life habitats. The farmland and surrounding coutryside would become a sprawling urban development.
Thousands more vehicles on our roads would contribute to even more traffic gridlock, especially in Stratford upon Avon, Henley in Arden, Bearley and Wilmcote. There would be increased air and noise pollution affecting the inhabitants of the settlement.
The settlement would be divided by the busy A3400 which potentially could put inhabitants lives at risk as they accessed facilities eg. schools, surgeries, community facilities.
