I strongly object to the proposed development of over 7,000 homes in Lapworth, Kingswood, and Rowington under the South Warwickshire Local Plan. The current infrastructure cannot support this population increase, with GP surgeries, schools, and shops already under pressure. There is no concrete plan for new facilities to be built alongside housing, risking overcrowding in education and healthcare. This rapid expansion will compromise the character and cohesion of our villages, transforming them into commuter towns. I urge the Council to prioritise sustainable, community-focused planning that supports existing residents.
