Access to this area from all directions is impossible during flood periods. Train service poor. Road infrastructure can’t cope with additional traffic. Local High School needs extra capacity. Unless these issues are sorted PRIOR to development the area will not cope with the addition of this number of houses and non of the stated objectives eg improving lives; making area attractive, improving environment etc will be met.
