Misrepresentation that Hockley Heath (SG24) is a village that Warwickshire can expand. It is a village in Solihull. Any facilities in Hockley Heath are within Solihull's boundary and the proposal is a blatant 'raid' on another Council's funding and an underhand approach to fulfilling house build numbers.
Lack of infrastructure and already over stretched highways capacity.
Flooding issues, Spring Lane, Stratford Road, Old Warwick Road.
Environmental impact, loss of green belt and ancient woodland.
Changing Hockley Heath from a village to a town by numbers of dwellings proposed.
Disproportionate overdevelopment, unsympathetic to current environment.
