Our road network around this area is already struggling. Having lived close to the Birmingham Road on Hatton Hill for over 20 years the increase in traffic has already added to air & noise pollution, another development would make this even more unbearable with frequent gridlock & traffic queues. The local road network cannot cope with a town this size.
I am concerned for the ecological impact of such a large development, destroying nesting habitat for birds and local wildlife, loss of countryside & environmental destruction.
Greenbelt land separating historic Warwick from the West Midlands would be lost forever.
