1) Birmingham road

Birmingham road does not allow for a free flow of traffic and will prove to be completely overwhelmed with an extra 10,000 vehicles.

2) Wilmcote Village

More traffic flowing through the village in an attempt to avoid congestion on Birmingham road.

3) Development chaos

Years of road chaos, road diversions, sets of temporary traffic lights and loss of green belt land will have a detrimental effect on all Wilmcote residents.

4) Shakespeare connection

Wilmcote has a Shakespeare property Mary Arden’s House, a popular site for tourists. Stratford should want to keep this place in a country setting.
