This area would use Stratford for a significant number of facilities eg sports centres; larger shopping centres, hospital etc Stratford town already at grid lock. This market down cannot cope with further local development. Road to this area from the North floods regularly and would need sorting before development. Poor public transport and total lack of transport east and west. Too larger development for area not to be swamped.
