The following comments specifically relate to the Clopton Quarter parcel of SG18:
There is already significant congestion on Birmingham Road and the A46 junction. This development would further worsen traffic flow and deteriorate air quality.
Additionally, there are existing drainage and flooding issues in nearby residential areas during heavy rainfall and this plan could worsen these problems.
