Proposed site is on a flood plain, Shipston is already susceptible to flooding.
Not enough amenities to support new houses, only 1 small GP surgery, no supermarket, no petrol station, schools bursting to capacity.
Shipston already struggles with volume of traffic, public transport links very poor round here for non drivers.
We have already lost lots of our green space and wildlife, to lose more would mean we are no longer a rural town.
Proposed site is where the recycling centre is which is a much needed amenity to the town and cannot be lost.
