I strongly object because:
The railway and road systems cannot cope, and safety will be compromised;
Vehicle emissions become irrelevant before 2050; developers rarely honour commitments;
No exceptional circumstances exist to build on Green Belt and there is no justification to destroy it;
The Snitterfield/Bearley Bushes SSSI areas must be preserved as buffers and corridors to preserve habitat;
The Heart of England Forest must be protected;
Flood risk will increase due to the 2000% increase in hard landscape;
Growth is inappropriately disproportionate in scale;
Tourism will be destroyed;
The Council is failing to honour its own Strategic Objectives.
