I formally object to the inclusion of the proposed New Settlement location in the South Warwickshire Local Plan, specifically regarding infill sites in Lapworth. As a resident, I raise concerns about inadequate transport, poor road conditions, utility strain, and limited amenities. The proposal which would worsen congestion and emissions. The proposed developments would disrupt village life and transform it into a congested area. I also object to the specific site at Station Lane & Meadow Lane due to safety issues during school runs and potential flooding. I urge planners to reject these proposals based on these grounds.
