I object to this development as it is inappropriate and unnecessary in the green belt and there are no exceptional circumstances which would justify such a large development in a rural location.
The scale of the development would swamp the existing educational, medical and travel infrastructure adding to the existing traffic issue in Stratford and even more to the surrounding villages creating ever more extensive rat runs.
There is insufficient new employment in Stratford which means travel by car to Warwick and Leamington will be necessary for employment relating to this development.
The development would destroy the area’s character.
