I am writing to express my concerns regarding the proposed housing developments in South Warwickshire, particularly in Hockley Heath. The increased traffic on Aylesbury Road, inadequate local infrastructure, and the lack of medical facilities raise significant issues. The primary school cannot accommodate more students, and there are no secondary schools nearby. Public transport options are limited, and the area suffers from flooding and potholes. The character of our village is at risk, and the environmental impact on wildlife habitats is concerning. Overall, the proposed developments do not meet local needs or support sustainable growth.
