SG15 is rural, agricultural land, it's landscape is typical of South Warwickshire and should be protected from development. The cumulative effect of other development at SG16, the Wellesbourne Airfield, Wasperton Gravel pits. X1, the established solar site at Elms Farm Newbold Pacey and further proposed solar sites around Ashorne and Newbold Pacey turn the corridor created by the A422 and B4087 into urban/industrial swathe. This would link Wellesbourne to Warwick Leamington on the line of the M40. Contrary to the plans criteria and guidelines. The roads particularly in Wellesbourne and the B4087 are not adequate to support this development.
