Development is incompatible with biodiversity net gain commitments, loss of habitat will be significant and unmitigated, it will be largescale appropriate development on the green belt. Existing infrastructure is insufficient including schools, GP surgeries, nursery spaces, community playgroups and school places (including special school provision).Safety risk will be introduced from new use of narrow country lanes as bypasses. site will be visibly obtrusive from the canal tow path. It will also worsen existing problems with insufficient and ageing water supply infrastructure (attached evidence of existing challenges).
