There have been 3860 new houses built in the District between 2020 & 2023. This is the most homes built anywhere in the Country in relation to Local Population. Enough is Enough. We cannot accommodate 6700 more new homes from either a Transport/Education/Healthcare/Environmental or Substructure Drainage point of view. Any further expansion other than organic would ruin not only 2 beautiful villages but also the World Famous town centre of Stratford upon Avon. It would no longer be a quaint historic English Town steeped in history but an overpopulated gridlocked nightmare with a ruined Tourist Industry.
