The land at ‘Old’ Bearley is wholly inappropriate as it surrounds listed buildings , is in the greenbelt and inaccessible.
To install services (roads, drainage, and sewerage ) would mean major damage to the surrounding countryside.

The access roads via villages cannot support any development. The area is already blighted by flooding , a development of this size will exacerbate the problem

The use of public transport is commended, however Bearley and Wilmcote stations are inaccessible for volumes of cars and passengers; do not have parking; Bearley is on a blind bend and Wilmcote adjacent to a narrow canal bridge.
