Traffic will be snarled up on the A435 at the A46 roundabout into Stratford and the other way through Wooten Wawen and Henley. Traffic then trying cut through the village to the A46 and to go to Alcester will make Wilmcote dangerous especially past the school.
Extra traffic will adversely affect Mary Arden's farm, both the building structure and the heritage value of a quiet village.
The station has no parking and is not walking distance from most of the proposed development nor has it disabled access.
The building is planned for Green Belt which enhances the whole area.
