SG15 is open agricultural land which is currently being farmed. it is representative of the countryside of South Warwickshire and should not be developed. The cumulative effect of SG15, SG16, X1, The Wellesbourne Airfield, Warwick University site, Wasperton Gravel Pits application and existing and proposed Solar Installations effectively joins Wellesbourne to Warwick/Leamington in one swathe of development. The A422 may just handle the associated trafic but Wellesbourne has numerous pinch points and the B4387 is notoriously dangerous, two HGV's cannot pass in the Conservation village of Newbold Pacey.
This would be classic overdevelopment of a rural environment.
