The proposal for 2500 new homes in Henley-in-Arden would put an enormous stress on our current infrastructure, which is not sufficient to support this. We will need more roads, schools, shops, social clubs, medical centres, dentists recycling and disposal services and Police for crime prevention. It will lead to more traffic congestion, river pollution, and loss of wildlife habitat, which is contrary to environmental preservation. Preservation of the environment should be the cornerstone of climate change policy. No wildlife. No human race.
