This area is agricultural farmland and vital to food production, the area is one of natural beauty with picturesque views across fields and woods, with multiple footpaths providing recreation and well being to residents and visitors. The area serves as a habitat for numerous wildlife, including foxes and badgers with several springs within the area which contribute to the river Lem.
This is an important area as it separates Lillington from Cubbington.
The road network will not cope with increased traffic.
