the area between Wilmcote and Bearley is unsuitable for such a large ribbon development as it currently does not have the transport infrastructure to support the extra volume of traffic and with the highways saying the A46 would need at least £250m to make it suitable for its part but the A3400 could not be made suitable due to its number of bottlenecks through villages like Wootton and Henley and beyond. Flooding as reported by a recent council investigation would also cause serious issues. Leamington and Hatton with its direct train lines and infrastructure would be much more suitable.
