Wilmcote is a historic rural village which attracts tourists. Most inhabitants have moved away from towns to enjoy peace and tranquility. The proposed development will destroy both the community and tourism.

Birmingham road is a huge problem for traffic, often gridlocked and could not cope with another 12,000 cars without huge cost and disruption to the local area. Wilmcote would be the escape route for cars seeking to avoid traffic and as a small village could not cope with this, apart from the dangers to children living in Wilmcote. We must protect our countryside or it will be lost forever.
