The site is in Green Belt. Proposal is over-development. Insufficient infrastructure to support such a development.

Only one primary school in village, no secondary school and children are bussed to other areas. Doctors' surgery already at capacity and site is too small to develop, currently parking for maximum of 12 vehicles. Rail service from Lapworth insufficient, as trains only run hourly throughout the day, and every 2 hours at times. The service is very unreliable with trains often cancelled. Parking at the station is already an issue, with 16 spaces, without capacity for expansion.

Local lanes narrow without passing places.
