I do not believe the existing infrastructure is capable of servicing and supporting a development on the scale proposed in C1. The roads are inadequate and could not support very significant increases in traffic, many being too narrow to accommodate vehicles passing in opposite directions, especially larger vehicles and farm equipment.
Additionally the electricity network could not withstand the demand put upon it as it is already inadequate resulting in frequent and sometimes lengthy power cuts. There are no facilities for shopping, secondary schools and medical needs, the demand for which would result in significantly more traffic movements.
