The proposed settlement will severely alter the local small Warwickshire village structure to its detriment. Traffic into Stratford upon Avon on the Birmingham road currently queues a long way every morning. A development of that size would cause huge traffic gridlock problems. Lower villages like Aston Cantlow flood when it rains heavily and the village gets cut off partly due to surface water from higher areas surrounding draining downhill. A development of this size would likely cause more problems with flooding in the area such as to Aston Cantlow Village. The visual aspect of the area would change too vastly
