I support the idea of new settlements to avoid excessive development edge of town/villages placing too much strain on the existing already over stretched infrastructure and a bypass and river crossing to the west of Stratford makes the most sense, one which should link directly to the A46 and major strategic road network. Additionally although not an option the rail link between Startford and Honeybourne must be re instated with a station at Long Marston as once existed in the past.
