Fell Mill & Anglea’s Meadow sites (Ref: 148, 747, 552 & 062) are within 3km buffer zone of CNL (AONB) & part of
the Feldon National Character area.
Shipston has no train station, and infrequent bus services to major
towns. Buses take over 30 mins to Stratford or Banbury for work
Development on Fell Mill site (Refs: 148, 747) will increase surface
water run-off risking further flooding in Shipston & surrounding villages
The character of the Conservation town would change detrimentally.
