Based on recent global issues, instability, resource cost trends and locally, huge delay/overspend with Hs2/A46 bridge as a local example and with building costs still escalating, I have little confidence that required investment will be made, especially by developers. I have no confidence in the economics of such large scale development delivering on any infrastructure needs. Worse case, work will start without guarantees and then plans abandoned - by this point destruction of ancient landscape cannot be reversed.
