The BW site is not a good choice as it is sited entirely on green belt land. Under NPPF regulations all other options should be exhausted before this protected land is destroyed. Traffic infrastructure is totally inadequate and improvements to the A46 alone will cost in excess of £250 million. Flood risk, will no longer be a 'risk' surface water run-off will cause major flooding. by linking the villages of Wilmcote and Bearley and the hamlet of Pathlow will create a ribbon development, which will create urban sprawl.
