Destruction of Greenbelt. Extreme harm to wildlife (including rare species - great crested newt, otter, GS woodpecker all spotted recently) and the environment. Inappropriate development in a rural environment. Over-development of an area close to extensive new housing underway at Lighthorne. Insufficient infrastructure (GP's School, Shops, community centre or public service providers) and well beyond capacity of amenities and road network. Extinction of the existing village, vibrant community and great harm to the quality of life of existing residents. Great reduction in opportunity to view Edge Hill and battlefield from Gaydon area. Area covers current JLR/AM site - employment concerns?
