The proposed Hatton development should not have got to this stage as it should have been rejected as the development is on prime agricultural land.
Anyone that has approached WDC with a planning application in recent time in this area has had the words no development in the green belt thrown at them. So how is building 8000+ houses in the green belt even considered.
